offer 1 off searches for property prices.
A. Yes you
can order a specific search over a 6 month period by
a part postcode area.
Q. Are the
property prices you provide averages or the actual
specific price paid for a property.
A. The
prices we provide are the actual amounts paid for a
specific property.
Q. Does your
subscription service provide prices just for houses.
A. No, all
transactions are included whether they relate to
land, houses, flats or commercial premises.
Q. Can you
provide bespoke analysis of property price
transactional data.
A. Yes,

dictate where the title information is held. If you
order a Scottish Land Register search, this will
default to the Sasine title if the title is not
present on the Land Register.

provide me with a listing of property interests by a
persons name.
A. Yes, we
are able to provide a list of current and former
property and land interests by a persons name across
Scotland.
Q. Is any of
the information you research suitable for
genealogical studies.
A. Yes, we
can tell you where a person lived, what they owned,
their profession, etc. right back to the 18th Century
if needs be. We can also supply copies of the
original conveyances - dispositions, excambions, etc
providing even more detail and often including the
persons signature and details of their legal
representation.
Q. My
property title is not on the Land Register. I have no
plan and scant details of the title, can you help?
A. Yes, we
are often able to identify and obtain early title
plans and provide more details relating to the title
of a particular property.
Q. I sold my
property many years ago but would like a copy of the
contract of sale. Can you help.

can provide you with a copy of the contract of sale
or other type of transfer for any property in

the history.
